Administrative Team

The Admin team works both on the floor and behind the scenes to keep our program running smoothly.

Roseve Dionne - Executive Director: Roseve is honored to serve as the Executive Director of our program, starting June 2026. Since starting as support staff in October 2017 while in college, she has worked both as an Admin Assistant and as Program Manager. In these roles, she grew her passion for serving young children, building relationships with families, and managing a diverse team. She holds an AA in Early Childhood Education, a BA in French, a MA in Elementary Education, and has completed a 3 year Educational Leadership Fellows program with the NW ESD. In her free time, she likes to spend time outdoors with her husband Ryan and their families with their doodle Phoebe, play board games, and is a Survivor superfan. 

Renee Morey - Assistant Director:  Renee joined our team in August of 2023 as the Teacher Support Specialist. This position balanced the needs of our administrative team and our teaching staff, providing additional professional support to the teachers as they plan their lessons, use the curriculum resources, and complete child assessments and individualization. As Assistant Director, she continues to mentor the teachers in their team dynamics and assists with staff training, hiring, and professional development. Renee has been in the field of Early Childhood Education for 20 years in Head Start and ECEAP with the Opportunity Council both in the classroom and in supervisory roles. She has a wealth of knowledge and problem solving skills to bring to our teams each day. 

Thomas Lewis - Administrative Assistant: Thomas worked at Generations back in 2015 when he was in High School.  He rejoined the team in November of 2023.  He has filled in all over our center the last 2 years and moved into the role of Admin Assistant in May 2026.  He is now working toward a degree in Education.  In his time away, he coaches baseball for Bellingham High School and enjoys spending time with his dog Sunday and tinkering in his shop.

Kare Bailor - Food Program Manager & Administrative Assistant: Kare started at Generations in October of 2024 as the Lead Childcare Cook and moved into the Food Program Manager and Admin Assistant role in June 2026. She has a Masters in American History and Library & Information Science with an Archives Management concentration. She is a parent of a Generations kiddo and loves the community at Generations. In her free time, Kare enjoys paddle boarding, singing at open mics with her ukelele, learning new instruments, and enjoying live music with friends and family.
